David brings 35 years of real ownership experience, having managed over 1,000 units across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Alexis Guichard

Alexis Guichard - Chief Financial Officer

With 15+ years at firms including First New York Securities, REFCO, and Traditional Securities and Derivatives Inc., Alexis brings institutional-grade financial management to an industry that often operates with unclear accounting. His MBA in Financial Management from Pace University ensures your building's finances are handled with Wall Street rigor but explained in terms that actually help you make decisions.
